Track your order

You can track your Bioelements.com order in one of two ways:

  1. Once your order ships, you will receive an email that contains the tracking number for your package. You may click on the tracking number to be re-directed to the carrier's website to view the delivery status of your order.
  2. Sign in to your bioelements.com account. Click on the "Order" tab in your account screen to view detailed information on your current and previous purchases. After your order is shipped your tracking number will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's website, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.
Don't see a tracking number? Sometimes it takes the carrier up to 24 hours to post tracking information, so check back.
Order processing
  • Majority of orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt via FedEx.
  • Orders are processed (excluding holidays) Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.
  • Most orders with 2-Day Express or Standard Overnight will be shipped the same business days if the order is placed by 9am CST.
  • We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.
  • All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only orders that are authorized will be shipped and processed.

Order cancellations
To cancel an order you just placed on bioelements.com, please call Bioelements Customer Service at 877.550.4050 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CST).

However, we make every effort to process your orders promptly. Because of this, your order may have already been processed. If your order has been processed, you can return your products for a full refund within 30 days from the ship date (less shipping charges).

Update Account Information

If you wish to update your email address or password, sign in to your bioelements.com account.

If you wish to update your mailing address, sign in to your bioelements.com account.  Then go to the 'Manage Your Addresses' tab. Select the name of the saved address that you would like to update or 'Click here to add a new address'. Each time you checkout at bioelements.com, you will be able to choose from your saved addresses.

To view your order history, sign in to your bioelements.com account and clicking on the 'Order' tab.

Shopping Information

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to Colorado. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping/handling charges (as required).
Payment Options
Bioelements.com currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Site Security

Credit card information entered at bioelements.com is secure and safe using GeoTrust® . All orders placed on bioelements.com are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.

Orders are limited to no more than six (6) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $750 per customer.

Delivery Schedule

Holiday Shipping

Plan ahead for holiday delivery. See our last days to ship so your holiday packages arrive in time for Christmas delivery.

Last day for Ground Shipping (3-5 business days) - Tuesday 16th December

Last day for 2 Day Express - Friday 19th December

Last day for Standard Overnight - Monday 22nd December

Ground Shipping

Orders shipped via Ground Shipping in the contiguous US are delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipped date, not including weekends or holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt via FedEx, not including weekends or holidays.

2-Day Express

Orders must be placed by 9 am CST (excluding weekends and holidays) in order to be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2-Day Express shipments within the contiguous US are delivered in 2 days, not including weekends or holidays.

Standard Overnight

Orders must be placed by 9 am CST (excluding weekends and holidays) in order to be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders shipped via Standard Overnight within the contiguous US are delivered in 1 day before 5:30pm, not including weekends and holidays. 

Shipping Rules & Regluations
  • 2 Day Express and Standard Overnight cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, AK or HI.
  • Any order shipping to AK or HI must ship via Ground Shipping and may require additional delivery time.
  • We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.

Shipping Confirmation
After your transaction is complete, you will receive an email that contains a copy of your receipt. Once your order ships, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. This email contains the shipping tracking number for your package. You may click on the tracking number to be re-directed to the carrier's website to view the delivery status of your order.

Multiple Ship-to Addresses
Bioelements.com does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the shopping bag that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.
Environmental Packaging
Every Bioelements.com order is packaged using Papernuts – the most environmentally responsible and consumer-friendly material that can be used to protect shipped products. Papernuts are made from 100% recycled material and are biodegradable, non-toxic and inert, reusable (makes great kindling!), easily recyclable in existing waste streams, and compostable.

Not satisfied with your product? No problem, all products purchased through bioelements.com may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, for any reason.

To return your product, please enclose your Bioelements packing slip along with the product you are returning to:

Your package must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We suggest sending your package via USPS, UPS, FedEx or other insured carrier to ensure prompt delivery – and remember to pack carefully as most carriers will reject a package that is leaking.

All refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used on the order within 30 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you purchased Bioelements products at a store, spa or salon; please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy.

Damaged goods

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately Bioelements Customer Service at 877-550-4050 (Monday-Friday, 8am to 5:00pm CST). To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation ready.
